Box Baffles Mixed
Box Baffles Mixed is a ceiling-mounted acoustic baffle system from Zintra, available in a mixed combination of box heights. Prefabricated from recycled PET polyester, these suspended baffles replace mineral fibre lay systems and are suited to large, noisy commercial spaces where both acoustic performance and visual character are required.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Box Baffles Mixed and the uniform variants?
The Mixed variant combines high and low box heights in the same installation, adding visual depth. Uniform High and Uniform Low use a single consistent height throughout. All variants share the same panel composition, dimensions, NRC ratings, and fire ratings.
Does the air gap affect acoustic performance?
Yes. Without an air gap the NRC is up to 0.90. With a 610mm air gap the NRC rises to up to 0.95, as the void behind the baffles provides additional absorption.
Can the colour be customised?
Yes. The full Zintra colour range is available, including solid PET, timber-look, and premium material finishes. Powdercoat frame colours carry an additional charge.
