What kinds of projects do you take on (and what don’t you)?
We take on projects where performance and experience matter — and where the team wants a partner who can own the outcome from concept through delivery. That includes turnkey delivery scopes (design + procurement + installation + commissioning), and complex performance packages within larger builds.
We’re usually not the right fit for:
- “tick-the-box” acoustic reports with no intent to execute high performance
- lowest-price procurement where materials are chosen purely on cost
- minor residential noise complaints or small one-off treatments (unless part of a larger performance brief)

Where do you work?
Our head office is in Sydney, Australia, but we operate globally, with teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
For select projects, we can support delivery globally via partners — especially where our role is performance leadership, system design, procurement strategy, or specialist commissioning support.
When should we engage you?
As early as possible — site selection and concept — when key decisions are still flexible and the performance pathway can be designed in cleanly.
That said, we can also step in midstream if:
- scope has drifted
- construction is imminent and performance hasn’t been resolved
- you’re inheriting an existing design and need it made buildable
- the project needs a reset to protect outcome, budget, or program
If you’re already on site, the sooner we’re involved, the more we can save (and the less we’ll have to “undo”).
