RAIL 48V is an architectural audio-plus-light luminaire from KSCAPE that integrates a distributed point-source loudspeaker array into a 1190 mm linear aluminium body. Designed for premium commercial interiors, it delivers tunable-white LED illumination alongside full-range or mid-high audio from a single ceiling-mounted fixture, supporting DALI and Casambi control.

What amplifier is required?
The RAIL 48V is compatible with K-array KA-14 and KA-28 amplifiers. The LED driver is a separate remote electronic unit ordered in addition to the luminaire.
Can the RAIL 48V be used without a subwoofer?
Yes. In full-range preset it covers 60 Hz to 20 kHz at up to 84 dB max SPL. Pairing with a dedicated subwoofer extends the maximum SPL to 97 dB peak using the subwoofer preset.
What optic configurations are available?
The RAIL 48V is available with Symmetric, Asymmetric, and Diffused optics to suit different lighting distributions within a space.
