AFFINITY
AFFINITY is a silicone-polyurethane hybrid upholstery fabric from Concertex, distributed through Baresque. Transfer printed and embossed with a digitally created pattern, it combines a silicone topcoat with an inherently Graffiti-Free surface over a polyurethane base and polyester backing, offering outstanding durability for high-traffic contract interiors.

Applications
Designed for upholstery on commercial seating, panels, and soft furnishings in high-traffic interiors including healthcare, hospitality, education, and transportation. Available in eight multicoloured colourways including Dandelion, Oceanside, and Woodchip. The breathable silicone surface provides a soft touch suited to extended-contact seating.
Standards and compliance
Fire tested to AS 1530.3. Spread of Flame Index: 0. Smoke Developed Index: 5. Also meets CA Bulletin 117-2013, UFAC/NFPA 260, and IMO A652(16) 8.2.
Frequently asked questions
Is AFFINITY bleach cleanable?
Yes. For difficult stains, apply a 10% bleach and 90% water solution on a soft white cloth, rub gently, then rinse with a water-dampened cloth. Avoid wax polishes, solvents, and concentrated abrasives.
What makes AFFINITY different from standard vinyl upholstery?
AFFINITY uses a silicone-polyurethane hybrid construction rather than PVC. It is PVC-free, phthalate-free, and PFAS-free, with an inherently Graffiti-Free silicone face that achieves 200,000+ double rubs Wyzenbeek without added antimicrobials or fire retardants.
