Standards and compliance
Fire performance tested to AS1530.3 achieving Spread of Flame Index 0 and Smoke Developed Index 5. Free of PFAS, phthalates, and formaldehyde. Contains no added fire retardant or anti-bacterial treatment.

Is Argon a PVC fabric?
Argon has a phthalate-free vinyl face. Vinyl is a PVC-based material; however, Argon is formulated to be free of phthalates, PFAS, and formaldehyde, addressing the most common environmental concerns associated with conventional vinyl upholstery.
How is Argon cleaned?
Water-based stains should be removed with water-based cleaners; oil-based stains with a dry cleaning solvent. A 1:10 bleach-to-water solution may be used for persistent stains. Apply to the stained area, allow to sit for approximately 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry. Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
What abrasion performance does Argon achieve?
Argon achieves more than 100,000 double rubs by the Wyzenbeek method, which exceeds the standard commercial upholstery threshold for heavy-duty applications.
