Frequently asked questions
How is Armora sold: by the roll or by the metre?
Armora is sold by the half roll (9.1 m) or full roll (18.2 m) only; it is not available by the lineal metre. The roll width is 132 cm.
What makes Armora different from standard vinyl wallcovering?
Armora uses an extra-thick vinyl face on a drill fabric backing, giving it a weight of 859 g/m2, which is significantly heavier than standard commercial wallcovering. This construction is designed to withstand impact, scratching, and abrasion in demanding environments while still installing using conventional wallcovering techniques.
Is professional installation required?
Yes. Armora requires a specific installation method using reverse-hang alternate drops with overlap double cut. Baresque recommends installation by a trained installer, using Roman brand adhesives and primers. Contact Baresque for a recommended installer in your area.
