6V-SH
The 6V-SH is a large-format spring mount from AMC Mecanocaucho combining a high-elasticity steel spring with a standard Sylomer pad to provide broadband vibration isolation. Eight colour-coded spring variants cover loads from 402 kg to 4,200 kg for heavy mechanical plant.

Applications
The 6V-SH is suited to large rotating and reciprocating plant including air-handling units, industrial fans, compressors, and pumps. The spring isolates low-frequency mechanical imbalance; the Sylomer pad prevents mid and high frequency structure-borne noise from bypassing the spring isolation.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the 6V-SH achieve a lower natural frequency than many other spring mounts?
The 2 to 5 Hz range is achieved by matching spring stiffness to the supported load. Eight variants allow the engineer to select the correct stiffness for the actual load.
Are all 6V-SH variants the same physical size?
Yes. All eight share the same footprint (350 mm x 200 mm) and height (396 mm), so spring selection can be changed without altering the mounting arrangement.
