The Height Adjuster Standard is a zinc-plated levelling accessory from AMC Mecanocaucho, designed to provide final precise height adjustment beneath stationary industrial machinery and equipment in static applications where levelling correction of less than 3 mm is required.

Applications
Suitable for final levelling of anti-vibration mounts in static industrial installations such as pumps, compressors, generators, and general plant equipment. These adjusters are not recommended for marine or naval applications; classification societies including DNV note that cyclic bending moments on studs and bolts make shim-based levelling the preferred method for marine use. For levelling beyond 3 mm or for dynamic installations, the manufacturer recommends shims or the HI-SEC height adjuster range instead.

Can the Height Adjuster Standard be used on ships or marine vessels?
No. DNV rules for ships and high-speed light craft establish that standard height adjusters are not acceptable for marine levelling due to cyclic bending moments on the studs and bolts. The manufacturer recommends shim-based levelling for naval and marine applications.
What is the maximum levelling correction this adjuster provides?
The Height Adjuster Standard is intended for applications where levelling below 3 mm is required. For greater corrections, shims or the HI-SEC height adjuster range should be used.
What corrosion protection does the adjuster have?
