Test-Report
The FZH+SPRING is a rubber-metal anti-vibration mount from AMC Mecanocaucho, combining a steel spring with a Sylomer polyurethane pad. It is designed to be embedded in a concrete floating floor, isolating structure-borne noise before the concrete sets, with elevation adjustment completed once the concrete has cured.

Mounts are positioned on the structural slab before pouring the floating slab, providing continuous vibration isolation across the floor area.
Frequently asked questions
How is the correct spring variant selected?
Spring colour and code correspond to the maximum static load per mount: purple for up to 915 kg, green up to 1,215 kg, grey up to 1,620 kg, white up to 1,836 kg, and red up to 2,409 kg. Load is calculated from the floating slab weight distributed over the mount spacing.
When is the elevation adjustment carried out?
Springs are set to the required height before concreting. Once the concrete has cured, the springs are introduced and the mount is adjusted to its final loaded position, completing the isolation system.
