TSR 100X100
The TSR 100X100 is a Sylomer-based anti-vibration pad mount from AMC Mecanocaucho, designed for machinery mounting and vibration isolation in industrial and building applications. A microcellular polyurethane Sylomer element bonded to a metal base provides six selectable density grades to match a wide range of static loads, with an integrated M16 nut for secure mechanical fixing.

- Sylomer grade SR_220: Maximum load 160 kg (B = 25 mm)
- Sylomer grade SR_450: Maximum load 323 kg (B = 25 mm)
- Sylomer grade SR_850: Maximum load 530 kg (B = 25 mm)
- Sylomer grade SR_1200: Maximum load 641 kg (B = 25 mm)
- Natural frequency range: Approximately 7.4 Hz to 16.5 Hz depending on grade and loading
Applications
Used for mechanical fixing and vibration isolation of industrial machinery, HVAC equipment, and building services plant. The six Sylomer density grades allow the same 100 mm x 100 mm footprint to be matched to loads from 45 kg to 641 kg per mount point. The RoHS-compliant metal coating and wide operating temperature range support use in a variety of industrial environments.
Standards and compliance
The antioxidant metal coating on the internal nut component complies with RoHS regulations.
Frequently asked questions
How do I select the correct Sylomer grade?
Select the grade based on the static load at each mount point. Six grades are available covering loads from 45 kg (SR_55) to 641 kg (SR_1200) at the 25 mm height. Higher grade numbers correspond to higher density Sylomer and greater load capacity.
What is the operating temperature range?
The TSR 100X100 is rated from -30 degrees C to +70 degrees C, making it suitable for both cold-store plant rooms and normal industrial environments.
Can the TSR 100X100 be mechanically fixed to equipment?
Yes. An M16 internal nut is integrated into the metal base component, allowing the mount to be bolted directly to machinery or a structural frame without additional hardware.
