VD
The VD is a rubber-metal anti-vibration mount from AMC Mecanocaucho that isolates low-frequency vibration in lightly loaded machinery. Working the elastomer in both shear and compression, it achieves high deflection under relatively low loads, producing a low natural frequency suited to equipment that frequently runs at idle speed.
