Applications
The Domino-KF212 suits clubs, lounges, restaurants, and upscale fixed installations where high output and controlled directivity are required. Its slim depth makes it suitable for wall-mounting in spaces where projection is constrained, and it is also used in distributed audio and surround configurations. Wall brackets are included; additional rigging accessories are available separately.
Standards and compliance
CE certified. Designed and manufactured in Italy under K-Array quality control. Passive loudspeakers in this series require dedicated presets loaded onto K-Array amplifiers for full performance.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Domino-KF212 require a specific amplifier?
Yes. As a passive loudspeaker, it requires a dedicated preset loaded onto a K-Array amplifier to achieve the rated 40 Hz to 19 kHz frequency response. Without the preset it can still be driven by any compatible 8-ohm amplifier, but full performance is only reached with the recommended preset.
What is the depth of the enclosure, and is it suitable for tight wall recesses?
The enclosure is 200 mm deep (excluding removable rubber feet). This slim profile makes it well suited to wall-mounting in venues where projection space is limited.
Can the IP rating be improved for outdoor or high-humidity environments?
The standard IP43 rating is suitable for protected indoor locations. Adding the optional K-KUIP12 accessory raises protection to IP65, making the speaker appropriate for sheltered outdoor or high-humidity settings.
