L-Acoustics - L-Acoustics
The L-Acoustics L2 is a 16-channel progressive ultra-dense line source (PULS) cabinet designed for medium and large-scale events. Combining 20 neodymium drivers across three transducer groups with DOSC wavefront technology and PANFLEX adjustable horizontal directivity, it provides precise coverage control at very high output levels.

Applications
The L2 is deployed in large festivals, stadium concerts, and major touring productions where very high SPL, wide frequency extension, and precise directivity control are required. PANFLEX allows configuration for different venue geometries without repositioning the array. Integrated cardioid operation reduces rear-directed energy onto the stage.
Standards and compliance
IP55 rated for dust and water-jet resistance. Cabinet constructed from premium Baltic birch plywood.
Frequently asked questions
What is PANFLEX and how does it work?
PANFLEX is L-Acoustics' adjustable horizontal directivity system. On the L2, adjustable L-Fins allow the horizontal coverage pattern to be set at 70, 90, or 110 degrees to match the width requirements of the venue.
What amplifier does the L2 require?
The L2 requires the LA7.16 or LA7.16i amplified controller for full 16-channel operation.
Does the L2 provide low-frequency reproduction down to sub-bass?
The L2's bandwidth extends down to 45 Hz, covering the upper bass range. For sub-bass below 45 Hz, it is paired with dedicated subwoofers such as the KS28.
