Does the KM312P require a specific amplifier?
Yes. As a passive loudspeaker it requires a compatible K-Array amplifier with a dedicated preset to achieve rated frequency response and SPL.
How does the KM312P differ from the KM112P?
The KM312P has three 12-inch drivers, 138 dB peak SPL, and extends to 60 Hz. The KM112P uses one coaxial 12-inch driver rated at 133 dB peak from 70 Hz.
Does the KM312P need a subwoofer?
Its 60 Hz lower extension covers the full audible spectrum without an external subwoofer in most monitoring applications.
