Frequently asked questions
What amplifier is required?
The KH2P I is passive and requires a compatible K-Array amplifier with a dedicated preset, using bi-amp SpeakON wiring for separate HF and LF paths.
How is vertical coverage controlled in an array?
Each element covers 20 degrees vertically; K-Framework3 software applies Electronic Beam Steering to set the total beam angle and direction for each deployment.
Is the KH2P I suitable for outdoor use?
IP54 provides dust and water-spray protection for outdoor events. For permanent long-term outdoor installation, contact K-Array for recommended additional weatherproofing.
