Turtle-KRM33P
The Turtle-KRM33P is an ultra-compact passive wedge speaker from K-Array, built with a stainless steel chassis for durability in demanding installations. Three 3.15-inch neodymium cone drivers combined with a 6-inch passive radiator deliver controlled, extended frequency response, while a built-in switch allows the horizontal coverage pattern to be selected as Spot or Flood to suit the application.

Applications
The Turtle-KRM33P is used as a low-profile stage monitor in theatres, broadcast studios, live performance venues, and installed audio environments where floor or stage space is constrained. Its selectable Spot and Flood coverage modes allow the dispersion pattern to be optimised for individual performer positions or broader coverage areas. An optional K-R3WALL1 bracket is available for permanent wall-mounted installations. The unit requires a dedicated preset loaded on a K-Array amplifier for optimised performance.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Spot and Flood modes?
Spot mode narrows the horizontal coverage to 30 degrees for focused audio delivery to a specific position, while Flood mode widens coverage to 70 degrees for broader distribution. The switch is on the enclosure and can be changed without tools.
Does the Turtle-KRM33P require a K-Array amplifier?
Yes. As a passive loudspeaker, it requires a dedicated preset loaded on a K-Array amplifier to achieve its rated frequency response from 70 Hz to 20 kHz.
Can the Turtle-KRM33P be wall-mounted?
Yes. An optional K-R3WALL1 wall bracket is available for permanent installation in fixed positions beyond the standard wedge orientation.
