Phonic Harmony +
Phonic Harmony+ is a composite acoustic ceiling tile from T&R Interior Systems combining a glasswool absorption face with a mineral fibre backer. The monolithic white surface reduces reverberation while the backer layer limits sound transfer across the ceiling plenum, making it one of the higher-attenuating tiles in the Phonic range.

Applications

Fire tested to ISO 5660.1-2015 (cone calorimeter), Group 1-S classification. Complies with NZBC C/VM2 Appendix A.

How does the mineral fibre backer improve performance over a standard glasswool tile?
The backer adds mass and density behind the glasswool face, increasing the ceiling attenuation class to 39 and reducing flanking sound that passes through the ceiling plenum between spaces.
Is the Phonic Harmony+ available in colours other than white?
Yes. Black is available as a standard option, and custom colours or digital-printed designs can be arranged on request.
What suspended grid does it install into?
It is designed for standard T&R Interior Systems two-way exposed grid suspension systems.
