SONEX Clean Baffles, Panels and Ceiling Tiles are a range of washable acoustic products from Pinta Acoustics for hygiene-critical environments. Each product features a WILLTEC melamine foam core fully encapsulated in FR taffeta vinyl, providing sound absorption to control reverberation and echo while withstanding regular cleaning and high humidity.

Applications

SONEX Clean products can be directly applied or glued to walls, laid into standard suspended ceiling grids, or hung as baffles using integral grommets and suspension wire.
Can these products be cleaned in place?
Yes. The FR taffeta vinyl encapsulation is designed for washing and sanitising, making the products suitable for food processing, medical research, and other environments with strict hygiene protocols.
What NRC does the wall panel achieve?
At 51 mm thickness, the wall panel achieves an NRC of 0.80 tested to ASTM C423, Mounting Type A.
