Both share the same total amplifier power (1,100 W RMS) and tweeter, but their bass extension and SPL figures differ slightly: the S5V reaches 25 Hz vs 22 Hz for the S5H, and maximum SPL is 128 dB vs 131 dB per pair.
What DSP functions are built into the S5V?
The S5V includes 6 parametric EQ bands, high-shelf and low-shelf room compensation filters, 5 user-storable preset memories, and a delay of up to 5 ms for time-alignment in the listening room.
What digital connectivity does the S5V support?
The S5V accepts AES3 digital input in addition to XLR analogue, with a maximum input level of 24 dBu and 48 kOhm input impedance. A USB port allows DSP control via computer software and facilitates firmware updates.
