C-COAT 200ST Standard NF Coating
C-COAT 200ST Standard NF Coating is a water-based thermal insulating coating from C-Coat, formulated to block heat transfer across all substrate types. High-temperature acrylic binders with solid and vacuum ceramic and glass micro-spheres minimise thermal conductivity, while UV resistance and mould inhibitors contribute to a service life exceeding 20 years for physical properties.

Applications
C-COAT 200ST is suited to a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial applications across all substrate types: roofing and facade insulation, industrial plant equipment (power, chemical, food processing, oil and gas), transport containers, marine and offshore platforms, automotive heat-blocking, and defence IR-shielding. It also provides "Safe to Touch" protection on hot surfaces and secondary sound dampening at certain frequencies.
Standards and compliance
Non-flammable per AS1530.3 and EU PN-EN 13823. Manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty.
Frequently asked questions
How does the 200ST differ from the 100F and 100M plasters?
The 200ST is a coating (thinner, fluid consistency) rather than a plaster, and it is formulated for all surface types rather than a specific substrate. Its key distinction is a higher operating temperature ceiling of +200 degrees C continuously and +250 degrees C for short periods, compared to +100 degrees C for the 100-series plasters.
Does the 200ST require a primer?
At elevated application temperatures above standard range the manufacturer specifies that priming is required. For standard ambient conditions (+7 degrees C to +90 degrees C), priming depends on substrate condition and porosity.
What is the expected service life?
The manufacturer states thermal insulating properties remain effective for over 10 years and physical properties for over 20 years under normal conditions.
