C-COAT 600HP Hi-Heat PRO NF Coating
C-COAT 600HP Hi-Heat PRO NF Coating is a water-based thermal insulating coating from C-Coat formulated to block heat transfer on metal and other surfaces across an extreme operating range. It combines high-temperature acrylic polymer binders with solid and vacuum ceramic microspheres to maximise insulating volume, with built-in UV resistance and mould and fungus inhibitors.

Applications
Applied to metal pipelines, tanks, boilers, and industrial plant equipment operating at high temperatures. Also used on building walls and roofs to reduce heat transfer, on automotive and transport containers for heat blocking, and on marine and offshore structures. Preferred substrate is metal, though compatible with concrete and brick where verified pull strengths apply.
Standards and compliance
Combustibility tested as non-flammable per AS 1530.3. Corrosion protection validated to 500 hours salt-spray per ASTM B117-02.
