Frontier™
Frontier is an acoustic baffle system from Autex, available as fins or rafts, for targeted sound absorption in open-plan workspaces, retail, education, and hospitality environments. Made from 100% polyester fibre with a minimum of 80% recycled content, its adjustable spacing allows acoustic performance to be tuned after installation.

Applications
Frontier suits open-plan offices, hospitality venues, retail, and educational buildings where acoustic needs may change over time. Fins and rafts mount flush to the ceiling, fix to rails, or suspend on extension rods. Spacing between elements can be adjusted after installation to modify acoustic performance without removing the product.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between fins and rafts?
Fins are 12 mm or 24 mm profiles achieving NRC 0.70 to 1.00; rafts are 70 mm deep with an internal air gap achieving NRC 0.75 to 0.95.
Can Frontier be adjusted after installation?
Yes. Moving fins or rafts closer or further apart modifies acoustic performance without removing the system.
Is Frontier suitable for ceilings and walls?
Yes. It supports flush ceiling mounting, rail fixing, and suspension on extension rods, and can also be wall-mounted.

What is your return policy?
All refunds and returns are determined by the manufacturer's terms of sale. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, but all valid warranty claims will be managed by AKA Acoustics in compliance with consumer law.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Freight lead times will be provided upon order confirmation. Standard items typically ship within 4–6 weeks, while custom orders may take 6–12 weeks.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed through Stripe and are protected under their Terms of Service. AKA Acoustics do not store any payment information ourselves.
