Lanes™
Lanes is a battened acoustic wall system from Autex, formed from folded sections of Cube PET panel mounted on an extrusion rail with an air gap behind each lane. The air gap enhances low-frequency absorption beyond flat-mounted panels. Available in three profiles: Peak, Plane, and Sawtooth.

Applications
Lanes suits commercial interiors where a three-dimensional wall treatment and acoustic performance are both required. The modular 300 mm sections scale across any wall length. Suitable for offices, boardrooms, hospitality venues, and auditorium side walls.
Standards and compliance
Fire tested to AS 5637.1 and AS ISO 9705-2003, Group 1, with SMOGRArc below 100 m2/s2. Environmental Product Declaration compliant. Global Green Tag Level A. Carbon negative manufacturing.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the air gap improve acoustic performance?
The air cavity behind each lane increases the effective absorber depth, shifting absorption towards lower frequencies compared with flush-mounted panels, achieving NRC values of 0.80 to 0.85.
What is the difference between the three profiles?
Peak creates an angular ridge at the lane centre, Plane a flat face at a fixed angle, and Sawtooth a repeating zigzag step. All three share the 300 mm width and the same NRC range.
