Symphony® Acoustic Wallcovering
Symphony Acoustic Wallcovering is a roll-form acoustic wallcovering from Autex, manufactured in Australia from 100% PET including recycled fibre. It provides sound absorption equivalent to NRC 0.40 at 12 mm thickness and is designed as an acoustic-performance alternative to paint and conventional wallpaper in commercial interiors.

What is the difference between the 12 mm and 18 mm options?
The 12 mm version achieves NRC 0.40. The 18 mm version achieves NRC 0.55, providing greater mid-frequency sound absorption where higher acoustic performance is required.
Can Symphony be installed without specialist trades?
Symphony is direct-fixed to the wall surface. Installation instructions are provided by Autex and the roll format reduces the number of joins required on standard wall heights.
Is Symphony suitable for fire-rated interior linings?
Yes. Symphony is tested to AS5637.1 and AS ISO 9705-2003 and achieves a Group 1 fire classification, which is accepted under the Building Code of Australia for interior wall linings.
