Greenguard Gold Certification standard includes:
- Health-based criteria for additional chemicals and requires lower total VOC emissions levels to help ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments like schools and healthcare facilities.
- Products that also comply with requirements of the state of California’s Department of Public Health (CDPH) “Standard Method for the Test and Evaluation of Volatile Organic Chemical Emissions from Indoor Sources Using Environmental Chambers, Version 1.2 (2017)” (also known as California Section 01350).

Care Instructions
Use a cloth with any of the following in the preferred order of use:
- Clear warm water
- Mild solution of liquid detergent and warm water
- Isopropyl Alcohol (a.k.a. rubbing alcohol)
Remove any detergent with a clean, damp cloth and gently pat dry.
For more difficult stains, dampen a soft white cloth with a solution of household bleach (10% bleach / 90% water). Rub gently and rinse with a water-dampened cloth to remove bleach concentration.
Do not use solvent-based or concentrated abrasive cleaning agents, lacquer thinners, or nail polish remover, as these may cause discolouration over time.
Always test in an inconspicuous area first.

What is your return policy?
All refunds and returns are determined by the manufacturer's terms of sale. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, but all valid warranty claims will be managed by AKA Acoustics in compliance with consumer law.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Freight lead times will be provided upon order confirmation. Standard items typically ship within 4–6 weeks, while custom orders may take 6–12 weeks.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed through Stripe and are protected under their Terms of Service. AKA Acoustics do not store any payment information ourselves.
