The 10 AMC Anti-Seismic is a heavy-load spring mount from AMC Mecanocaucho capable of withstanding both traction and compression dynamic forces during seismic events. It is designed for stationary plant applications requiring high vibration isolation at low disturbing frequencies in the range of 800 to 1500 rpm.

How does the 10 AMC Anti-Seismic resist seismic lateral forces?
Interlocking metal parts with a rubber buffer between them prevent metal-to-metal contact during high shear loads. The reinforced metal cage is calculated to withstand lateral forces from seismic events without rupture.
What is the purpose of the Sylomer base option?
An optional Sylomer layer under the lower metal part filters high-frequency vibrations that pass through the coil spring, extending the isolation performance into the mid and high-frequency range.
Does the 10 AMC Anti-Seismic suit outdoor or corrosive environments?
Yes. The metal parts are epoxy-coated to withstand arduous corrosive environments, making the mount suitable for plant rooms and outdoor installations subject to moisture or chemical exposure.
