Zintra 3D Panel Batten 4 is an acoustic wall panel from Zintra featuring a wider board-and-batten surface profile than Batten 2. Sold in sets of three strips covering 2.5 m2, it installs on straight or curved walls to reduce reflected noise while adding architectural texture to commercial and residential interiors.

Applications

Frequently asked questions
How does Batten 4 differ from Batten 2?
Batten 4 strips are wider at 305 mm (visible width 292 mm) compared to Batten 2 at 218 mm (visible width 206 mm), and each set covers 2.5 m2 rather than 1.7 m2. Both achieve NRC 0.45.
What recycled content does the panel contain?
The panel contains 60% post-consumer recycled PET from bottles, 35% pre-consumer recycled PET chips, and 5% polylactic acid, totalling 100% recyclable materials.
Can the surface be cleaned with bleach?
Yes. A diluted solution of 10% household bleach in 90% water can be used for difficult stains. Always test in an inconspicuous area first, then remove the bleach using a clean damp cloth and pat dry.
