3D Panel Batten 6
Zintra 3D Panel Batten 6 is an acoustic wall panel from Zintra with a board-and-batten surface pattern, identical in strip width to the Batten 4 variant but with a wider batten spacing. Each set of three strips covers 2.5 m2 and installs on straight or curved walls to absorb sound and add dimensional texture to interior surfaces.

Applications
Interior wall treatment for offices, conference rooms, education spaces, hospitality venues, and residential rooms where sound absorption and visual depth are required. The Batten 6 profile provides a wider batten interval than Batten 2 or Batten 4, offering a bolder surface pattern. Suitable for straight and curved walls. Not suitable as a free-standing product.

Batten 6 achieves an NRC of 0.45, absorbing 45% of incident sound energy across the tested frequency range.
How does Batten 6 compare to the other batten variants?
Batten 6 and Batten 4 share the same strip width (305 mm, visible width 292 mm) and set coverage of 2.5 m2. Batten 2 is narrower at 218 mm per strip covering 1.7 m2 per set. The variants differ in their surface batten pattern, not their acoustic performance.
Is the polyester colour-through or a surface coat?
The polyester is 100% solution-dyed, meaning the colour runs through the full depth of the material rather than being applied as a surface coating. Cuts and edges retain the same colour as the face.
