AGLO PAI
AGLO PAI is a thermal-acoustic insulation panel from AMC Mecanocaucho combining an aluminium facing with fiberglass support and bound polyurethane foam. Designed primarily for thermal insulation, it also provides moderate sound isolation and strong resistance to hydrocarbon damage in industrial and building environments.

Is AGLO PAI a primary acoustic absorber?
No. It offers moderate sound isolation (Rw 24 to 26 dB by thickness) but is optimised for thermal insulation. Sound isolation is a secondary function.
What thicknesses are available?
20 mm (3 kg/m2) and 40 mm (8 kg/m2 standard or 6 kg/m2 self-adhesive). Both are available in self-adhesive format.
Can AGLO PAI be used where oils or fuels are present?
Yes. The product has good resistance to hydrocarbon damage, making it appropriate for plant rooms, machinery enclosures, and industrial installations with oil or fuel exposure.
