Bobbin – Annular
Bobbin Annular is a compact rubber-metal anti-vibration mount from AMC Mecanocaucho for elastic anchoring and vibration isolation of light equipment. A block of natural rubber bonded between two parallel metal end plates provides elasticity in all directions, accommodating minor relative movements from thermal expansion or chassis deformation. Two load ratings are available in identical dimensions.

Applications
Suitable for light-duty vibration isolation in small motor-pumps, ventilators, dryers, washing machines, electrical motors, control panels, measuring instruments, microphones, and fluorescent tube fixtures. High transverse elasticity makes these mounts effective where vibration acts perpendicular to the mount axis.

What differs between Type 828 and Type 829?
Both have identical dimensions (9.5 mm diameter, 18 mm body, M-4 thread, 7 g) but Type 828 is rated to 1.25 kg and Type 829 to 2.5 kg.
Can these mounts handle thermal expansion movement?
Yes. The rubber element permits relative movements of several millimetres, accommodating thermal expansion and minor chassis deformation.
