C-COAT 100F Ferrous NF Plaster
C-COAT 100F Ferrous NF Plaster is a water-based thermal insulating plaster from C-Coat, formulated specifically for ferrous (steel and metal) surfaces. Using high-temperature acrylic binders combined with a precise distribution of solid and vacuum ceramic and glass micro-spheres, it blocks heat transfer through metal substrates in both commercial and industrial settings.

Applications
C-COAT 100F is used on ferrous metal substrates requiring heat-blocking and energy preservation: roofing and facades, industrial pipelines, power plant and chemical plant equipment, transport containers, marine and offshore platforms, automotive heat-blocking systems, and defence or IR-shielding applications. It also provides "Safe to Touch" protection on hot surfaces and secondary sound dampening at certain frequencies.
Standards and compliance
Non-flammable rating per AS1530.3 (Spread of Flame index 0, Smoke index 4). European fire classification B-s1, d-0 per PN-EN 13823 and ISO 11925. Corrosion protection tested to 500 hours per ASTM B117-02. Adhesion tested per DSTU ISO 4624.
