C-COAT 100M Masonry NF Plaster
C-COAT 100M Masonry NF Plaster is a water-based thermal insulating plaster from C-Coat, developed to block heat transfer through masonry and nonferrous surfaces. High-temperature acrylic binders combined with solid and vacuum ceramic and glass micro-spheres fill the coating matrix for low thermal conductivity, while built-in mould inhibitors and UV resistance extend service life.

Applications
C-COAT 100M is applied to masonry, concrete, and brick surfaces in residential and commercial buildings for roofing and facade thermal protection, air conditioning energy reduction, and indoor comfort improvement. It is also used in industrial plant buildings, food processing facilities, and oil and gas facilities, and provides secondary sound dampening at certain frequencies.
Standards and compliance
Non-flammable per AS1530.3 (Spread of Flame index 0, Smoke index 4). European fire classification B-s1, d-0 per PN-EN 13823 and ISO 11925. Corrosion protection tested to 500 hours per ASTM B117-02.
Frequently asked questions
How does the 100M differ from the 100F?
Both products share the same micro-sphere binder technology and thermal conductivity rating, but the 100M is formulated for masonry and nonferrous surfaces such as concrete and brick, while the 100F is optimised for ferrous (metal) substrates.
What thickness is recommended for best thermal performance?
The manufacturer recommends a dry film thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm per coat, achievable at a coverage rate of 0.7 to 1.4 L/m2. This delivers an R-value of R0.3 to R0.4 per coat.
Is the product safe for indoor use?
Yes. The VOC content is 3.0 g/L, it is non-flammable per Australian standard AS1530.3, and it contains no listed hazardous components at application concentrations.
