C-COAT 300HH Hi-Heat NF Coating
C-COAT 300HH Hi-Heat NF Coating is a water-based thermal insulating coating from C-Coat, engineered for high-temperature industrial environments. Enhanced high-temperature binders combined with solid and vacuum ceramic and glass micro-spheres deliver an operating ceiling of +270 degrees C continuously, making it suitable where standard thermal coatings cannot perform.

Applications
C-COAT 300HH is used on high-temperature industrial equipment and surfaces where operating temperatures exceed the capability of standard coatings: power plant boilers and pipelines, chemical plant reactors, oil and gas processing equipment, marine and offshore platforms, industrial ovens, and automotive or transport heat management systems. It is also used in defence and IR-shielding applications, and provides surface fire protection and "Safe to Touch" protection on hot surfaces.
Standards and compliance
Non-flammable per AS1530.3 (Spread of Flame index 0). European fire classification B-s1, d-0 per PN-EN 13823 and ISO 11925. Corrosion resistance tested to 500 hours per ASTM B117-02.
Frequently asked questions
What makes the 300HH different from the 200ST?
Both products share the same thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/mK and coverage rates, but the 300HH uses enhanced high-temperature binders that extend the continuous operating ceiling from +200 degrees C (200ST) to +270 degrees C, and the peak short-duration ceiling from +250 degrees C to +320 degrees C. The 300HH is the appropriate choice for surfaces that regularly reach temperatures in that upper range.
Is priming required before application?
For application temperatures within the standard range (+7 degrees C to +90 degrees C), priming depends on substrate condition. The manufacturer specifies that priming is required when surfaces are at elevated temperatures during application.
Can the 300HH be applied to any substrate type?
Yes. Unlike the substrate-specific 100F (ferrous) and 100M (masonry) plasters, the 300HH coating is suitable for all surface types including metal, concrete, and brick.
