CONTOUR Ceiling Tiles
CONTOUR Ceiling Tiles are acoustic ceiling and wall panels from Pinta Acoustics, made from lightweight open-cell expanded melamine WILLTEC foam. They absorb sound across a broad frequency range and are available in multiple sculpted patterns for direct-apply, glue-up, and suspended grid ceiling installations.

Applications
Suited to modern offices, corporate and medical facilities, lobbies, retail and showroom spaces, restaurants, entertainment venues, telecommunication centres, classrooms, lecture and dance halls. Patterns can be intermixed on the same ceiling to create visual variation or frieze surrounds.

Class A fire rating per ASTM E 84. Passes CAN ULC S-102. Fungus resistance rating 0 per ASTM G21. Microbial growth resistance per UL 181, section 11. Sound absorption tested per ASTM C423.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between grid and direct-apply installation?
Grid lay-in panels include a factory-laminated sag-resistant backerboard and fit into standard 15/16" suspended grid systems; they also provide a CAC rating of 34, which reduces sound travelling into adjacent rooms. Direct-apply panels are adhered directly to the ceiling or wall surface using acoustic adhesive.
Can CONTOUR panels be cut to fit on-site?
Yes. The melamine foam can be cut to fit on-site. Edge sealant is available to finish cut edges.
Are custom patterns and colours available?
Yes. Custom sculpted designs, including corporate logos, and custom colour coatings are available from Pinta Acoustics. Minimum panel quantities may apply.

All refunds and returns are determined by the manufacturer's terms of sale. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, but all valid warranty claims will be managed by AKA Acoustics in compliance with consumer law.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Freight lead times will be provided upon order confirmation. Standard items typically ship within 4–6 weeks, while custom orders may take 6–12 weeks.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed through Stripe and are protected under their Terms of Service. AKA Acoustics do not store any payment information ourselves.
