Emboss Panel Corduroy Fine
The Zintra Emboss Panel Corduroy Fine is a three-dimensional acoustic wall panel from Zintra, offering a refined narrow-rib variant of the classic Corduroy design. With a 20 mm rib pitch compared to the 40 mm pitch of the standard Corduroy, the Fine version introduces a subtler tactile texture suited to spaces requiring a more restrained visual scale. Panels are single-sided and install vertically or horizontally.

Applications
Suited to commercial offices, hospitality, healthcare, and aged-care environments. Available in Solid PET and Timber finishes.
Standards and compliance
ASTM E84 Class A (fire spread and smoke); AS ISO 9705:2003 Group 1 (room corner fire test); EN 13501 B-s2-d0 (European reaction to fire). Material is 100% recyclable.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Corduroy and Corduroy Fine?
Corduroy Fine has a 20 mm rib pitch; the standard Corduroy has a 40 mm rib pitch. The Fine variant produces a denser, more delicate texture. Both designs can be paired on the same installation for a layered effect.
Is the solution dyed material resistant to fading?
The panels use 100% solution dyed polyester, which means the colour runs through the full thickness of the material rather than being applied as a surface coating, providing inherent resistance to surface wear and discolouration over time.
What NRC rating does the Corduroy Fine panel carry?
The panel has a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.35, absorbing 35% of incident sound energy across the rated frequency range.
