Etch Tiles Chevron is an acoustic wall tile set from Zintra, featuring a geometric pattern of interlocking V-shaped lines machined with a 3mm V-groove into 12mm solution-dyed polyester fibre tiles. Sold in sets of 10, the tiles suit commercial, education, and hospitality interiors requiring both sound absorption and a clean, directional surface pattern.

Applications
Suitable for wall installations in offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, and retail spaces. Tiles can be arranged wall-to-wall for full coverage or positioned as a feature artwork panel. Each set covers 2.9 m2; multiple sets can be combined to scale the installation. Not suitable as a freestanding product.

ASTM E84 Class A fire classification. AS ISO 9705-2003 Group 1 fire classification. EN 13501 B-s2-d0 fire classification. Material is 100% recyclable.

How many tiles come in a Chevron set and what area do they cover?
Each set contains 10 tiles, covering 2.9 m2 (31.7 sq ft). Individual tiles are square at 600mm x 600mm.
Is the Chevron tile available in the plain (non-etched) version as well?
Yes. Chevron is one of the designs offered in both plain and etch finishes, allowing the same geometric shape to be specified with or without the V-groove texture.
What acoustic performance does the Chevron tile achieve?
Directly mounted, the tile achieves an NRC of 0.45 to 0.75 and an alpha-w rating of 0.30 to 0.60. These figures apply to both the 12mm and 24mm thickness options fixed flat to the wall surface.
