The Hydraulic Mount is a compact vibration isolator from AMC Mecanocaucho that integrates a rubber spring and a hydraulic damper in a single unit, with spring stiffness and damping tuned independently to match isolation requirements of off-highway and agricultural machinery engines and operator cabs.

Applications

Frequently asked questions
Why is this mount suited to variable-speed engines that pass through resonance?
During resonance the hydraulic damping is high, limiting resonance amplitude. At normal running speed the lower-stiffness spring element provides effective vibration isolation.
How does the mount prevent hydraulic fluid leakage under shock?
The rubber is bonded directly to the metal parts across the full internal structure, eliminating leakage paths under high-magnitude shock inputs.
