INTERLOCK DIMENSIONAL
Interlock Dimensional is a padded faux leather upholstery fabric from Concertex, distributed by Baresque. Formed by an ultrasonic sealing process applied to a 100% polyurethane face on a 100% polyester backing, it delivers a three-dimensional braided texture with a built-in graffiti-resistant layer, making it suited to high-traffic upholstered applications.

Applications
Designed for bedheads, upholstered booth seating, banquettes, and wall panels in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial environments. The moisture-impervious surface, anti-bacterial finish, and bleach-cleanable face suit environments requiring frequent and rigorous cleaning. The graffiti-resistant layer allows ballpoint pen marks to be wiped away with a dry towel.
Standards and compliance
Fire tested to AS 1530.3: Spread of Flame Index 0, Smoke Developed Index 5. PVC free, phthalate free, DMF free, no added fire retardant, anti-bacterial, and Healthier Hospitals compliant. Complies with CAL 01351.
Frequently asked questions
Can adhesive be used to attach Interlock Dimensional?
No. This product must be stapled only. Adhesive seeping into the ultrasonic-sealed padding will deform the dimensional shape and cannot be reversed.
How durable is the surface in high-traffic commercial use?
The polyurethane face achieves 100,000+ double rubs on the Wyzenbeek test and resists moisture penetration, making it suitable for booth seating, bedheads, and similar applications subject to regular contact and cleaning.
Is Interlock Dimensional safe for use in healthcare settings?
Yes. It is PVC free, phthalate free, DMF free, anti-bacterial, and Healthier Hospitals compliant. The bleach-cleanable surface supports infection-control cleaning protocols.
