Levelling – NF
Levelling NF is a screw-adjustable anti-vibration machine mount from AMC Mecanocaucho. It isolates stationary machinery from surrounding structures by absorbing vibration and reducing transmitted noise, with a built-in tilting system that compensates for uneven floor surfaces.

Applications
Suitable for levelling and vibration isolation of stationary industrial machinery that is not bolted to the floor. Used under compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC plant, and other equipment where floor surfaces may be irregular and where vibration transmission to adjacent structures must be minimised.

Can the NF mount be used on uneven floors?
Yes. The NF includes a tilting system designed to accommodate uneven floor surfaces, keeping the mount stable and the machine level without shimming.
How is the height adjusted after the machine is in place?
Once the machine is positioned on the mounts, height is adjusted by turning the adjustment screw. When the machine is level, the position is locked using the checknuts provided.
What elastomer is used, and does it resist machine oils?
The elastomer is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), a synthetic rubber formulated for resistance to oils, making it suitable for industrial machinery environments where fluid exposure is common.
