Levelling – SM
Levelling SM is a screw-adjustable anti-vibration machine mount from AMC Mecanocaucho. It isolates stationary light to medium industrial machinery from the floor, allowing precise height adjustment without bolting the equipment down. The SM series uses an NBR elastomeric element and a straightforward screw-lock mechanism.

Applications
Suitable for levelling light to medium industrial machinery that is not fixed to the floor, including small compressors, pumps, fans, and workshop equipment. The SM is best used on reasonably flat floor surfaces; where significant floor irregularities exist, the SV variant (which includes a tilting system) is recommended.

How does the SM differ from the SV levelling mount?
The SM is a straightforward screw-adjustable mount without a tilting system. The SV variant includes a built-in tilting mechanism that accommodates uneven floor surfaces; the SM relies on screw adjustment alone and suits flatter floor conditions.
What is the maximum load capacity for the SM series?
The largest model, SM-120, supports up to 1,000 kg static load. The smallest, SM-40, covers loads up to 45 kg. The remaining three models cover the range between these values.
Is the NBR elastomer suitable for oily environments?
Yes. NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) is an oil-resistant synthetic rubber, making the SM mount appropriate for use in industrial settings where incidental exposure to oils or lubricants is expected.
