Meridian Vue is an embroidered sheer fabric from Carnegie Fabrics, distributed in Australia by Baresque. Made from Xorel, a 100% PVC-free textile derived from rapidly renewable sugarcane, it combines a decorative globe-connected embroidery pattern with high-performance durability suited to commercial interiors where visual interest and hygiene are both required.

Frequently asked questions
Can Meridian Vue be cleaned with bleach?
Yes. Xorel yarns are non-absorbent, so diluted bleach solution up to 40% concentration can be used for disinfection. Follow the specific product directions for the cleaning agent used.
Why does Xorel have no coatings or finishes?
All performance characteristics, including antimicrobial properties, stain resistance, and durability, are inherent to the sugarcane-derived Xorel yarn itself. Nothing is added to the woven fabric after production.
What is the Spread of Flame Index for this fabric?
Meridian Vue has been tested to AS 1530.3 with a Spread of Flame Index of 0 and a Smoke Developed Index of 4.
