METALLIC WOOD

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Metallic Wood and a standard wood-grain film?
Metallic Wood combines a timber grain emboss pattern with a metallic finish, giving it a distinctive reflective quality. The base product is the same Reatec PVC film used across the Metallic collection, with the same Group 1 fire rating and 350 g/m2 weight.
Can Metallic Wood be used in wet areas?
The film is stain resistant, washable, and anti-mould, making it suitable for areas with humidity or moisture exposure. Reatec films are rated for both interior and exterior applications.
How is the adhesive applied?
Metallic Wood uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive with an integrated air-removal system, allowing the film to be positioned and smoothed without trapping bubbles. Professional installation is recommended for best results.
