Noble is a vinyl upholstery fabric from United Fabrics, part of the Faux Leather Studio Collection. It features a realistic linen-look texture with a very subtle metallic sheen, protected by a Permablok Advanced Vinyl Protection topcoat. Designed for commercial upholstery, it offers bleach cleanability and moisture resistance across 19 colourways.

Applications
Noble is suited to commercial and hospitality upholstery indoors. Its moisture barrier and bleach-cleanable surface make it appropriate for healthcare waiting areas, hotel seating, dining chairs, and any contract environment where cleaning with dilute bleach is required.

Tested to AS1530.3: Spread of Flame Index 0, Smoke Developed Index 5. Complies with California AB-2998, CA Technical Bulletin 117-2013, NFPA 260, UFAC Class 1, and Prop 65.
Frequently asked questions
Can Noble be cleaned with bleach?
Yes. For difficult stains, a solution of 10% household bleach in 90% water can be applied with a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with a damp cloth and pat dry. Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
What abrasion level is Noble rated for?
Noble achieves 100,000+ double rubs using the Wyzenbeek (ASTM D4157) cotton duck method, suitable for heavy commercial upholstery use.
Is Noble suitable for healthcare settings?
Noble carries a moisture barrier finish and is bleach cleanable with Permablok Advanced Vinyl Protection, making it appropriate for healthcare and aged care upholstery applications.
