Pattern Panel Shard
Pattern Panel Shard is an acoustic panel from Zintra, featuring a square cut-out design for walls and ceilings. Available as a pattern-only layer or combined with a solid Zintra backer panel, it reduces reflected noise in commercial and residential interiors while adding geometric texture and depth.

Applications
Suited to walls and ceilings in offices, education facilities, hospitality venues, and commercial fit-outs. Use as a pattern-only layer or on a solid Zintra backer for higher acoustic performance and a two-tone or tonal visual finish.

ASTM-E84: Class A. AS ISO 9705-2003: Group 1. EN 13501: B-s2-d0. NRC (pattern only, directly mounted): 0.45; with 50mm air gap: 0.85; with 152mm air gap: 0.90; with 305mm air gap: 0.95. NRC (pattern on backer, directly mounted): 0.75; with 50mm air gap: 0.95; with 152mm air gap: 1.0; with 305mm air gap: 1.0.
Frequently asked questions
Can Pattern Panel Shard be installed without a backer?
Yes. It mounts directly to a wall or ceiling surface, though NRC performance increases when a solid Zintra backer is added.
How is it cleaned?
Vacuum to remove dust. For marks, dab with a damp cloth and mild detergent, rinse and pat dry. For stubborn stains, use a 10% bleach solution, then rinse and dry. Test in an inconspicuous area first.
