Phonic (Daiken) Dai Lotone is a high-density mineral fibre ceiling tile from T&R Interior Systems with a tongue-and-groove profile for direct-fix applications to gypsum board or timber battens, eliminating the need for an exposed grid. It is supplied with a white painted finish and requires no additional painting on installation.

Applications
Suited to refurbishment and new-build projects where a gridless ceiling appearance is preferred. The direct-fix tongue-and-groove system installs over existing gypsum board or timber battens. Thermal insulation performance exceeds gypsum board by more than six times, making it appropriate for spaces with both acoustic and thermal requirements.
Standards and compliance
Fire tested to ISO 5660 Part 1, Group 1-S. Greenguard emissions certification supports use in Green Star rated projects.
