RedNet A16R MkII
Description
RedNet A16R MKII is a 16-channel analog interface for Dante networks, featuring two channels of AES3 I/O.
Individual input and output channel level controls allow precise adjustment of all I/O levels via RedNet Control. With dual power supplies and primary and secondary etherCON network connectors, RedNet A16R MKII is perfect for critical path applications in recording, post-production, live sound, and broadcast. Built-in redundancy features enable seamless failover in case of power or network failure, ensuring reliability for system engineers.
Analog inputs and outputs are connected via four DB25 connectors configured for AES59 on the rear panel, while an additional pair of AES3 I/O is provided via male and female XLR connectors for added flexibility. The XLR input can accept DARS signals in addition to AES3. The Word Clock I/O on BNC connectors allows external devices to clock the RedNet A16R MKII, or alternatively, the RedNet A16R MKII can serve as the master network clock, synchronized to the external input.
Designed for permanent installations and repeated setup/tear-down scenarios, all connectors lock securely and remain terminated even under stress, ensuring worry-free installation and peace of mind in rack-mounted environments. Additionally, all Focusrite products come with a three-year warranty and award-winning customer support.
