SONEX Clean Baffles
SONEX Clean Baffles are suspended acoustic baffles from Pinta Acoustics designed for environments requiring washable, hygienic noise control. Each baffle features a WILLTEC melamine foam core fully encapsulated in FR taffeta vinyl, providing sound absorption to reduce reverberation and echo in spaces where cleanliness standards are essential.

How are SONEX Clean Baffles cleaned?
The FR taffeta vinyl encapsulation allows the baffles to be wiped down, washed, or sanitised, making them suitable for food processing, medical, and other hygiene-regulated environments.
How are the baffles suspended?
Each baffle includes integral grommets along the top tab, which accommodate standard suspension wire for hanging from ceiling structures.
Are the baffles resistant to mould and bacteria?
Yes. The WILLTEC melamine foam core passes UL 181 section 11 for microbial growth resistance and achieves a fungus resistance rating of 0 per ASTM G21.
