Sylodyn® HRB HS 3000
Sylodyn HRB HS 3000 is a high-resilient bearing material from Getzner Werkstoffe, engineered to isolate vibration under very high compressive loads in confined spaces. Made from closed-cell polyurethane elastomer, it is suited to crane installations, steel structures, heavy machinery, and building base isolation where structural loads are demanding.

Applications
Sylodyn HRB HS 3000 is used wherever very high structural loads must be combined with effective vibration isolation. Typical installations include crane runways and crane pads, steel-framed structures, heavy industrial machinery bases, and building foundations requiring base isolation under high compressive loads. Custom punched parts and other dimensions are available on request.
Standards and compliance
Flammability classified to class E per EN ISO 11925-2 and EN 13501-1. Compression set tested per EN ISO 1856. Shear moduli measured per DIN ISO 1827. Load deflection curves recorded per ISO 844. Further properties determinable via the Getzner FreqCalc online calculation program.
Frequently asked questions
How does Sylodyn HRB HS 3000 differ from standard Sylodyn grades?
The HRB HS 3000 is designed for high-load applications with a static range up to 3.0 N/mm2, considerably higher than the standard Sylodyn NB grade (0.075 N/mm2). It targets crane installations, steel structures, and heavy machinery rather than general floor or wall isolation.
What thicknesses are available from stock?
Standard stock thicknesses are 12.5 mm and 25 mm, supplied as mats 1.2 m wide by 1.5 m long. Other thicknesses and punched parts are available on request.
What temperature range is the material rated for?
The material is rated for continuous use from -30 degrees C to 70 degrees C, with short-term exposure to higher temperatures possible.
