Texture Panel Trappe
Texture Panel Trappe is a three-dimensional acoustic wall panel from Zintra, with a pattern of intersecting lines and angles that creates a trapdoor-like geometric relief. The surface geometry reduces echo by deflecting sound at multiple angles, and the panel is made from solution-dyed recycled polyester for commercial and public interiors.

Applications
Texture Panel Trappe is installed on walls in commercial offices, hospitality venues, retail spaces, educational facilities, and public lobbies where both noise control and a distinctive geometric finish are required. It is not suitable as a freestanding product. For mounting with an air gap, the panel must be laminated to a solid backer such as MDF so the relief shapes extend correctly from the substrate.
Standards and compliance
ASTM-E84 Class A. AS ISO 9705-2003 Group 1. EN-13501 B-s2-d0.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Trappe pattern look like?
Trappe (French for trapdoor) features an arrangement of lines and angles in relief that creates a sense of depth and architectural intrigue, similar to recessed geometric shapes set into the panel surface.
Is an air gap required for installation?
An air gap is optional but improves low-frequency absorption. When installing with an air gap, the panel must first be laminated to a solid backer such as MDF, since the three-dimensional push-outs must extend clear of the mounting surface to function correctly.
How is the panel cleaned?
Vacuum to remove dust. For general soiling, dab with a damp cloth and a mild liquid detergent solution, rinse with clean water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. A 10% household bleach solution addresses difficult stains, followed by a clean water wipe and pat dry.
